JEOLink reaches more than 17,000 subscribers every two months and covers nine product lines in one email. I write it, organize it, and hand-build the HTML.
What happened: every reader finds their instrument first, and the email holds up in Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail. 02Putting an unused campaign to work
JEOL had paid for an email campaign reaching 13,478 subscribers, and it sat unused. I researched the audience, split it into three segments, and wrote one email for each.

HTS New England had no marketing department when I started in December 2019. I built one and ran it alone for roughly four years.
